• Component description with value and tolerance. Include manufacturer's part number if Approved Vendor List is not supplied.

• Quantity used per assembly.

• Location or Reference Designation.
  

Assembly Information*

• Assembly drawing showing part locations and details of any special mounting..

• Fabrication drawings for custom parts.

• Special mounting details.

PCB Artwork*

• Gerber files or copies of photoplots.

• Fabrication details including material, plating, hole sizes, copper thickness, etc.
  

Test Requirements*

• Functional Test Procedure with equipment list.

• Burn-In Requirements

Approved Vendor List

• Approved vendor(s) for each part, including manufacturer's part number.

• Multiple sources allow us to quote the most competitive price and shortest lead-times!
  

Packaging Requirements

• Details of any special packaging considerations beyond general anti-static packaging.

Sample Assembly

• A sample assembly which is exactly the same as what you want can answer many questions.

• Samples built to an old revision can create confusion and should not be sent.
  

Workmanship

• Internal workmanship criteria or reference appropriate level of international standards.
